1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Certain products, such as diagnostic tools or items labeled as non-returnable (e.g., perishable or custom items), are exempt from being returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at ControlDiagnostic@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges
